This image is not correct in terms of CIECAM02 as the proximal field is only used in the Hunt Color Appearance Model.
It is also more or less just a copy of an image published in Mark D. Fairchilds book "Color Appearance Models", 2nd Ed., Wiley-IS&T, Chichester, UK (2005/2006)
ISBN 0-470-01216-1, just with a "yellowish" stimulus in its center.
Please remove this image and replace it by another image without the proximal field, then there should not be any problem, in neither terms of correctness nor copyright issues.
