Why there is a badly photoshopped photo in this context?

Concern regarding modified historical photo of Hitler.

I was scrolling down the Young Plan wikipedia section when I've noticed that there's a photo in which Hitler is badly cropped. I'm concerned about the reliability of the page itself due to photo, so I'd kindly ask to remove it completely as it is clearly misleading, especially when its caption doesn't address this issue. 93.150.231.147 (talk) 11:08, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
