E pluribus unum

This is not the official version of Mongágua's arms because the motto is not correctly spelled out. The correct Latin version of the motto is E pluribus unum (the E meaning Ex ["of"/"from"] and not Et ["and"]), as can be verified on the motto's own Wikipedia entry. Besides that, Mongágua's authorities use the motto's correct version officially (see Mongágua's visual identity manual here) and across various platforms (see here and here), as do other sources (here).
