No other official portrait of Baroness Boothroyd as Speaker of the Commons exists, therefore the use of it here cannot be replaced by any other portraits of photorgraphs as they lack the weight as official for the office of Speaker of the House of Commons. Due to it's minimal use on the Baroness' own wikipedia page I do not believe that it infringes the requirement of minimal use for non-free files and ought to be allowed to remain on wikipedia. No other official portrait of Baroness Boothroyd as Speaker of the Commons exists, therefore the use of it here cannot be replaced by any other portraits of photorgraphs as they lack the weight as official for the office of Speaker
