Speedy deletion query

I have left a note on the speedy deletion nominator's talk page two days ago, and have yet to receive a reply. My question is what else is needed beyond the existing Template:Non-free fair use in tag. If someone can tell me what is required, I can work towards providing it. As it is I think speedy deletion of images without prior communication to resolve issues is a bit rude. -- role^player 11:20, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
