Lt Yanci

I am trying to vectorize this image and I am wondering what the city between Lesaka and Etxalar is. The map indicates that it is "Lt Yanci" however I cannot find any such city, and furthermore it seems more likely that that is short for "Lieutenant Yanci" a person rather than a city. I've looked at some maps and I don't see any modern city in that location. AquitaneHungerForce (talk) 19:26, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
