List of provinces for Nong Khai

The list of provinces for Nong Khai on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Amphoe_Nong_Khai.svg page still includes the districts that are now part of Bueng Kan province. The Bueng Kan districts include Bueng Kan, Seka, So Phisai, Bung Khla, Bueng Khong Long, Pak Khat, Phon Charoen and Si Wilai. Also, if the Bueng Kan districts are removed then the numbers on the map will need to be updated. I do not have the means to correct the text or renumber the map myself. Would somebody please correct this page accordingly.
