Wow, I wanna know more about this picture! That doesn't look like aioli that somebody made in a mortar and pestle. Machine made/store bought? And I notice that there isn't anything else in this picture. Are the olives and aioli eaten as is? Or are these a side dish meant to be spread and eaten with toast?
