I think the numbers represent a country's position in a list of standard of living. The text should therefore be "above 120" not "below 120", for 1-120. ed g2s • talk 14:23, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- according to Economy of Africa a lower index is better! It seems the image is now wrong - "above 120" and "below 165" does not make sense (and it would mean that the range of values is between 120 and 165). Please revert -- mkrohn 15:21, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
