This image is released to the public domain by a user called "OttawaBluesfest" whose only contributions are this image and attaching this image to Ottawa Bluesfest. However, on the Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest's history page, a seemingly identical photo appears, with a copyright attributed to Peter Waiser. I don't see sufficient evidence to believe that the user has authority to release this image into the public domain or that this was done with permission of the apparent copyright holder. --RealGrouchy (talk) 04:11, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
