The caption described the rear person to be the "Range Officer". Though it looks like Dick Cheney. I suppose he could have acted as the "Range Officer" at the time. Any thoughts on identifying this person? (Narcolepticpathos (talk) 17:35, 30 January 2013 (UTC))
