This photo is of aircraft from the 345th fighter squadron ("Devilhawks"), 350th Fighter Group, 12th USAAF. It is incorrectly identified as 86th Fighter Group. The distinctive lightning bolt emblem on the vertical stablizer is the emblem of the 345th.
