This emblem was designed by Robert "Bob" Duguid, a civilian Air Force illustrator working for Detachment 8, 1361st Aerospace Audiovisual Squadron (AAVS) at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The design was originally used as the official unit emblem for the 1361st AAVS located at Andrews AFB, Maryland.
