Description
English: 070930-N-6362C-001 MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 30, 2007) - Rear Adm. Edward Masso, commander of Navy Personnel Command, meets Minnesota Vikings owner Zygi Wilf prior to a football game between the Vikings and Green Bay Packers. Masso, a former resident of the Twin Cities, attended the game to accept a proclamation presented to the Navy declaring Sept. 30 to Oct. 7 to be Navy Week throughout the state of Minnesota.
