Whatever limited commercial opportunities the copyright-holder (the son of the [now] deceased couple mentioned not a press agency or such) retained post-publication will reside in selling rights or prints of the original in full resolution and size. The use of this very small 'photo-copy-like' extract here will not in any way interfere with whatever (very limited) commercial opportunities there are relating to this photograph.
