Image Wallace,P.R.atMcGill_.jpg is from the McGill University Physics Department. It is a portrait, likely used on a departmental bulletin board for identification purposes. It was used in the Physics Today obituary, September 2006, page 78. It was also used as a graytone image in Physics in Canada, July/August 2006, page 134.
