This is a painting that is said to have been brought back by Hasekura Tsunenaga. The Virgin Mary, standing on a crescent moon, holds the infant Christ, both holding rosaries. The two are also surrounded by a rosary with rose flowers, with God the Father and angels in the heavens and four saints on the earth. In the center of the screen, a large vertical scratch remains.
