Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This sketch provides an image of the town of Brookfield, several years before it was abandoned in 1930. It is the only image of the town to be used in the article.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Most pictures of Brookfield of which I am aware are in historical collections at museums and universities; or, in private collections. The town has not existed since 1930, and so no new pictures can be made.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The file will only be used in the Brookfield, Washington article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	J.G. Megler Co has been defunct since 1930, and had no successor company. This image is from a stock prospectus they issued in 1926; the prospectus is not copyrighted, but I chose this Wiki option since I don't see how I can meet the "free" standard.
