English: Verneukpan (water pan of delusions, mirages and disorientation) is a place in the Northern Cape which should be on one's bucket list. Being there is like being caught in a time warp: no communication with the outside world, no easy access, no quick exit. This is a place where one may expect to meet oneself. .

VERNEUKPAN (water pan of delusions, sensory disorientation, absolute silence and emptiness) is part of our home and habitat. We expected a cracked up surface, mirages, emptiness. But it had rained... and what we saw, was the Verneukpan miracle!!
