Summary

Description
English: A view of a house in the NRHP's University Neighborhood Historic District in Columbia, South Carolina, on the corner of Pendelton and Gregg Streets. The state's version of the NRHP listing calls this the Otis House, 1901 Pendelton St., and suggests it was constructed in 1906. This neighborhood is better known as University Hill, as the steps in the sidewalks attest. Another house to the right is partially visible, but is not a contributing property of the district.
