Čeština: Vlajka obce Újezd u Svatého Kříže, okres Rokycany.
List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, zeleno–modře polcený a černý, v poměru 3:2. V horním pruhu žlutý klín vycházející z horního okraje listu s vrcholem na horním okraji černého pruhu. V klínu vyrůstá červený latinský kříž. V černém pruhu žlutá dvouuchá nádoba zdobená vlnovkami.
