Description
English: Utah National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon, A Utah National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon may be awarded to any member of the Utah National Guard, who, after 1 September 1982, honorably performs duty when an emergency situation has been declared by the Governor of the State of Utah. The duty performed must be in direct support of the declared emergency.
