Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Remey (DD-688) underway at sea, probably in late 1951 or early 1952, soon after she was recommissioned on 14 November 1951 during the Korean War build-up. Note that she still has a pole mast, World War II era radars, all ten 53.3 cm (21 in) torpedo tubes, twin 40 mm gun mounts just forward of her bridge and 20 mm guns on her fantail.
