Dutch neutrality markings on her bow.

Launched in 1917 by Rotterdam Droogd. Maat. at Rotterdam, this ship was requisitioned for the Navy on 21 March 1918 and commissioned as USS Bali (ID-2483) on 27 March 1918. She was decommissioned on 30 May 1919 and returned to her owner.
