List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, červený a modrý. Uprostřed bílé vozové kolo, v červeném pruhu v žerďové části vinný hrozen se dvěma listy a ve vlající části radlice hrotem nahoru a ostřím k žerďovému okraji. V modrém pruhu v žerďové části rybářský háček obrácený k žerďovému okraji a ve vlající části rybářský háček obrácený k vlajícímu okraji, vše bílé. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
