I had a chance to tour the ruins of the Queen's Palace in Kabul.

Tajbeg Palace (AKA Queen's Palace) was built in the 1920's by King Amānullāh Khān for the queen.

It was the site of the Soviet's assassination of President Hafizullah Amin in 1979, and served
