At the centre it is surmounted by a cupola 165 feet high, whichaffords an extensive view ofgrounds, Lake and surround-ing country. This point ofobservation is reached byeight elevators, which run forpublic use, and properly forma part of the transportationexhibit. This is the only de-partment building thus pro-vided.
