Summary edit

File information
Description

The Grange is one of the finest examples of 'King's Carpenter' John Abel's work. Sited next to the Prory Church, it was moved to its present location from Broad Street, where it was originally built as a town house, due to traffic problems.

Source

I photographed it while photographing timber-frame buildings for a project.
