With 1,032 choices of bottled beer on the beer list, The Brickskeller is listed in Guinness World Records as "the bar with the largest selection of commercially available beers." Constructed in 1905, the building originally served as an apartment house named The Sheridan (later named The Donald Apartments, The Donald Hotel, and Marifex Hotel). The Brickskeller is a contributing property to the Dupont Circle Historic District and valued at $7,418,800. |
