English: Levels of testosterone (ng/dL) during therapy with 10 mg/day cyproterone acetate in men. The sample was of 10 young healthy men aged 21 to 35. The mean decrease in testosterone levels was about 70% (from 495 ± 66 ng/dL to 154 ± 23 ng/dL after 4 weeks and to 187 ± 38 ng/dL after 12 weeks).
