English: The Manumatic was a pedestrian controlled electric vehicle which could carry a considerable quantity of mail. London County Council issued the registration mark TUV 66 during or after February 1957. Royal Mail withdrew Manumatic vans with changing collection and delivery patterns in the 1970s. This one serves as an improvised garden shed at a private location near the Severn Bridge.
