Summary

Description Packing sustained winds of 75 miles (120 km) per hour, with gusts of up to 92 miles (147 km) per hour, Tropical Cyclone Ebula was moving south-southwestward in the Indian Ocean on January 10, 2003. Ebula was expected to track to the south over the following day. This true-color image of Tropical Cyclone Ebula was captured by Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) flying aboard the Aqua satellite.
