Description
English: Supply and demand. The supplier and the demander come to an (implicit) agreement, on things like price, quality, delivery time, etc. In an efficient supply chain agreements are aligned. Agreements must comply to laws, rules and regulations. They can be different per country, industry, company, etc. Supplier 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 can be different companies.
