Donated by his great-grandson Ratu Sir George Celuva Kadavulev Cakobau, GCMG, GCVO, OBE, Governor-General of Fiji. 1980.

Underneath on the plinth is a memorial plaque to Queen Victoria.

Located in front of the government building in Suva.
