1. The image in question is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the television programme Star Cops;
3. The image is significant because they identify the logo to be used in the title credits;
4. The use of the image in the article will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the images in question.
