At top of right-hand column arms of Lee (Argent, a fess sable between two pellets in chief and a martlet in base of the second a mullet gules for difference) impaling Cole (Argent, a bull passant sable armed or a bordure of the second bezantée), for marriage of Elizabeth Cole, daughter of George Cole (d.1624), to Henry Lee of London. Preston of Petersham: Ermine, two bars and a canton gules thereon a cinquefoil or (Edmondson, Joseph, A Complete Body of Heraldry, Volume 1, 1780, p.94Argent three bends within a bordure engrailed Gules&f=false)

Cole quartering 2&3: Argent, three bendlets gules a bordure engrailed of the last (Bodrugan, with difference a bordure engrailed, for an illegitimate branch of Bodrugan). Sir John Cole (fl.1380) of Nethway, Brixham, Devon, married Anne Bodrugan, daughter and heiress of Sir Nicholas Bodrugan (Vivian, Lt.Col. J.L., (Ed.)
