English: Squeeze rubbing of the fragment of an epitaph from Syria, belonging to the tomb of "Mohammed, son of Ali al Ansari", dated 1015 CE, documented in 1894 by the Swiss epigraphist Max van Berchem (1863-1921), from the collections of the Bibliothèque de Genève, on display at the Musée d’art et d’histoire (MAH) in Geneva, Switzerland, as part of the special exhibition on the occasion of the centennial of van Berchem's death.
