Description
English: The monument of the Soviet soldiers who died in the WWII in Hungary. It used to stand on the main square (Vasvári Pál tér) of Hajdúdorog. The monument was erected in 1946 because of the pressure of the Red Army; and it was removed in 1989.
The picture is part of the archive of the Hajdúdorog Community House (Görög Demeter Művelődési Ház) which is free and available for anyone. Upon this reason it is in the public domain.
Magyar: A kép a II. világháborúban elhunyt szovjet katonák emlékére készült hajdúdorogi emlékművet ábrázolja, amely a község főterén (Vasvári Pál tér) állt. Az emlékművet a Vörös Hadsereg nyomására állíttatta község 1946-ban, és 1989-ben távolították el.
A kép a hajdúdorogi Görög Demeter Művelődési Ház archívumához tartozik, amely bárki által szabadon felhasználható.
