English: 'Modified Hall' 4-6-0 at Southall Locomotive Depot.
View eastward, west end of Shed. No. 7923 'Speke Hall' was built 9/50 and withdrawn 6/65, being one of the last 10 of the Class to be built. The Depot was closed to steam on 3/1/66 but used as a Diesel depot for another 10 years, therafter becoming the Southall Railway Centre - for preserved locomotives and stock.
