Français : Lesbia et son moineau, huile sur toile d'Edward Poynter (1907). Le tableau représente Lesbie, personnages récurrent des élégies du poète romain Catulle qui la présente comme la femme qu'il aime. Le tableau s'inspire en particulier du poème 3 dans lequel Catulle évoque la mort du moineau apprivoisé de sa maîtresse.
