Bahasa Indonesia: Silek Lanyah, salah satu upaya pergerakan yang menjadikan dusun Kubu Gadang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Silat ini merupakan hasil inovasi yang berdasarkan kepada seni beladiri asli Minangkabau yaitu Silek. Pergerakan yang dilakukan di Kubu Gadang ini merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya mengangkat kembali nilai – nilai kearifan Minangkabau dan kebudayaan serta kesenian tradisi untuk kembali dikenal dan diterapkan. Silek Lanyah yang dikemas menjadi sebuah atraksi pertunjukan ini didasarkan kepada seni beladiri asli Minangkabau yaitu silek. Utamanya berdasarkan kepada gerakan dari aliran silek tuo Nagari Gunuang yang merupakan salah satu aliran silek di Minangkabau.
