Suomi: Senaatti-kiinteistöjen visuaalinen identiteetti muodostuu kolmesta peruselementistä:
Senaatti-kiinteistöjen liikemerkki: Senaatti-kiinteistöjen liikemerkki koostuu neljästä osasta: yläosan tunnuskuviosta, senaatti- ja kiinteistöt -sanoista (logo) sekä niiden välisestä linjasta. Yläosan tunnuksena on nouseva ja eteenpäin suuntautuva kuvio, joka symboloi julkisivua. Keskiosan kolme pylvästä kuvaavat arvokiinteistöjä ja niiden kansallisia arvoja, tyylitellyt ja pelkistetyt suorakaide rivistöt taas uutta ja modernia rakentamista. Värit: Voimakas murrettu punainen (tiili) Pantone 187 U tai Pantone 1807 C ja harmaa (teräs) Pantone Cool Grey 6 kuvaavat perinteisten ja nykyaikaisten arvojen yhdistymistä Senaatti-kiinteistöjen toiminnassa. Tekstityypit: Painotuotteissa olemme valinneet käyttöömme kaksi kirjasin perhettä: otsikkotyyppinä Formata ja leipätekstin tyyppinä Berling. Ne täydentävät toisiaan ja antavat mahdollisuuden monipuoliseen tyylien käyttöön. Sähköisessä viestinnässä ja toimistokäytössä otsikkotyyppinä käytetään Verdanaa ja leipätekstinä Times New Romania. Kaikista edellämainituista kirjasintyypeistä voidaan käyttää jokaista kirjasinleikkausta. |
