This image, Seal of The High Council of the Time Lords.svg, is being linked here; though the logo may be copyright © to the BBC, I Kelvin 101 feel they are covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image in question is important educationally to the articles, accurately portrays the Seal of The High Council of the Time Lords as seen in some episodes. The High Council of the Time Lords being the governing body Time Lord is a significant council in Time Lord history.
2. The image is one of very few others, almost no other images of this type exist.
3. The use of the images in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the images in question.
