Auch Bedenken hinsichtlich des Urheberrechts an der Abbildung eines Gebäudes bestehen nicht, da sich das Gebäude gemäss § 59 UrhG "bleibend an öffentlichen Wegen, Strassen oder Plätzen" befindet und eine Vervielfältigung mittels Lichtbild daher gestattet ist. |
