English: Chuch of Santa Maria del Rosario o dei Gesuati. "The Virgin Appearing to Dominican Saints", by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, painted in 1739. St Catherine of Siena sitting on the right with a lily near her feets, St Rose of Lima, standing on the left, holding a cross with the crucified Christ and on her head a crown of thorns and St Agnes of Montepulciano (who had only been canonised in 1726)also standing on the left and holding the Christ child with rose in his hand.
Français : Église de Santa Maria del Rosario o dei Gesuati à Venise. «La vierge et les saintes dominicaines», par Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, peint en 1739. St Catherine de Sienne debout à droite avec un lis près de ses pieds, St Rose de Lima, debout à gauche , tenant une croix avec le Christ crucifié et sur sa tête une couronne épineuse et St Agnès de Montepulciano aussi a gauche (qui avait seulement été canonisé en 1726) tenant l'enfant Jésus, qui tient une rose.
Italiano: Interno della Chiesa di Santa Maria del Rosario o dei Gesuati, a Venezia. "La Vergine con le sante Caterina de Siena, Rosa da Lima e Ines". Un dipinto ad olio su tela di GBTiepolo è sopra il primo altare a destra. Anche se la tela era stato preparato da dicembre 1739, il dipinto finito non è stato installato nella chiesa fino al 1748.

Esso mostra tre santi domenicani femminili: • Santa Caterina da Siena in piedi sulla destra, con i gigli ai suoi piedi • Santa Rosa da Lima, in piedi sulla sinistra, regge una croce con il Cristo crocifisso, sulla testa una corona di spine. • St Agnes di Montepulciano a sinistra (che era stato canonizzato solo nel 1726), con il Cristo bambino, che è in possesso di una rosa.
