This icon image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Sad smiley.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
Description of this file: Sad smiley / Note: If this is a photograph with EXIF data from ~1999, that is caused by a wrong camera setting. I believe all of the photos uploaded from this account were made in 2006, but I do not remember any dates anymore.

The author (TZM) released his photos uploaded from this (abandoned) account and tagged with this template into the public domain (CC0) on 2013-04-25. Feel free to use however you like! (Also feel free to change this image description page to something more meaningful, or to delete this photo from the Commons, or anything.)
