Summary

Description
English: Making roti sai mai (Thai script: โรตีสายไหม). It literally means "silk roti" (roti is a flat bread of Indian origin). These ultra thin pancakes are made by rubbing a sticky dough on to a hot plate. They are used as a wrap for a kind of candy floss. This photo was made at a night market in Uttaradit, Thailand. The final result can be seen here.
