Roman sawfish brooch
Description
English: An incomplete Roman sawfish brooch. The head is cylindrical contaiining an axis bar for a hinged pin. The pin is missing. The bow is wide, shallowly arched and tapers to the foot. The sides of the bow are serrated. The bow is decorated with a ridge down the centre and a groove to either side.
