"This poster carrying photos of the President of the High Executive Council (HEC) for the Southern Regional Government, Abel Alier, and his cabinet members was designed in the 1970s by a team from the defunct Regional Ministry of Culture and Information, in Juba. The designers consisted of Philip Hakim (graphic designer) from the Nile Printing Press, late Chol Kuany (graphic artist) from Radio Juba, late Urbano Oyet, aka, Jobo Jobo (cartoonist) from the Nile Mirror weekly newspaper, and Atem Yaak Atem (editor of Southern Sudan monthly magazine) from the Ministry HQs.The photos on the poster were taken, at various times, by: late Atem Kuek Atem, head of the photographic unit at the Ministry's HQs, and by late Arkangelo Thomson, aka, Ti Jambi, photographer at large, also from the Ministry's Hqs."
