No. 4 REGIMENTAL COLOURS. White, in the upper right hand corner of which is the seal of office of the regimental namely: - a small red rectangular ground one sixth of the length by one sixth of the breadth of the flag. In the center of this small red ground is a pedestal of yellow colour on which stands a white, elephant, caparisoned, and facing the flag stall. The colour of the ground of the seal of office varies according to instructions. No. 4 COULEURS MILITAIRES. Drapeau blanc; fans le coin droit, en haut, le sceau officiel du régiment, savoir; champ rouge rectangulaire, le sixième de la largeur et autant de la longueur du drapeau; au centre de ce fond rouge un socle de couleur jaune sur lequel se tient l'éléphant blanc, caparaçonné, la tête tournée vers la hampe. Le couleur du fond du sus-dit sceau officiel varie selon les instructions à ce sujet. Ce drapeau doit être employé pour toutes tes fêtes et réceptions royales, ainsi que pour les expéditions militaires.Deutsch: Regimental Farben der königlichen siamesischen Armee im Verordnung Betreffend die im Königreich Siam verwendeten Fahne und Flaggen beschrieben.
No.4 DIE REGIMENTSFAHNE Weiss; in der Ecke rechts oben befindet sich das Regiments-Dienstabzeichen, närnlich ein schmales, rothes, rechteckiges, in der Länge und Breite den sechsten Theil derselben Dimensionen der Fahne ausmachendes Feld. Im Centrum dieses kleinen, rothen Feldes befindet sich ein gelbes Piedestal, auf welchem der weisse, aufgezäunnte, mit dem Kopfe nach der Fahnenstange gewendete Elephant sich befindet. Die Farbe des Regimentsabzeichens wechselt den diesbezüglichen Instructionen gemäss. Diese Fahne wird bei allen königlichen Festes, Empfangsdaten, sowie auf Militärexpeditionen angewendet.ไทย: ธงไชยเฉลิมพล ตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยแบบอย่างธงสยาม รัตนโกสินทร์ศก ๑๑๐ ข้อ ๔ มีลักษณะดังนี้
ข้อ ๔ ธงไชยเฉลิมพล พื้นธงเปนสีต่างๆ ตามแต่ทหารจะเหนสมควร แต่ที่มุมข้างบนมีแพรแดง เปนรูปธงโตหนึ่งในหกส่วนของธงใหญ่ มีรูปช้างเผือกทรงเครื่องยืนแท่น ที่พื้นธงนอกจากธงช้าง ที่มุมมีตราสำหรับกองทหารนั้น เปนธงสำหรับใช้เมื่อมีการรับเสด็จในเวลาพระราชพิธีใหญ่ แลสำหรับเกียรติยศตามซึ่งจะโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้รับ แลเมื่อกองทหารจะไปปราบสัตรูก็ใช้ธงนี้ไปในกองทัพด้วย (อักขรวิธีตามเอกสารต้นฉบับ) |
